"Pelling as a destination is worth visiting. It's quite picturesque and the landscape is beautiful - verdant valleys and lush waterfalls. The sightseeing options were within travelling distance and quite enchanting. 
The hotel accommodation was great considering we had booked the suite. The spa was good. The location was quite fantastic - one could get a peek of Kanchenjunga if weather permitted. The drivers who took us for sightseeing were quite good."
